It’s exciting to see TV get a hold of this and make it work.  One of my key, soapbox issues is that what you do in social media can help you build numbers where you need to.  You know … the numbers you’re judged on.  Now, here’s some evidence that early social buzz about TV shows leads to a certain increase in audience ratings.  What’s not to love?!
